“Although I’ve lived fulltime in The Villages for the past 10 years, I tell people my roots are in Ohio, although I lived in Denver briefly after college; in Chicago while I sought my fortune in copywriting; and in Cedar Falls, Iowa, for 21 years while I taught communication skills at the University of Northern Iowa. Then I returned to Ohio where I taught business and technical writing at Wright State University.
Now, in The Villages, I done what so many do – golf – but I’ve joined the Writers League of the Villages (WLOV) and re-grouped enough to pursue personal writing rather than just teaching writing.
I have an unpublished novel stashed in a file cabinet but have self-published a memoir, Small Doses. Most recently, I’ve completed this small book about women and golf based on my sixty years of experience trying to master this amazing and enigmatic sport. I hope you will enjoy reading it and much as I’ve did writing it.
