About the Author

Paula F. Howard, RN, APR, is an award-winning writer and Returned Peace Corps Volunteer who served in Bolivia, South America teaching healthcare.

After a long career in Public Relations-Marketing-Special Events, she returned to school graduating as a Registered Nurse. Now, with an experienced eye, she looks daily at the drama of the human condition.
