In his professional activities, he has combined management talent and hands-on technical expertise to streamline operations, increase productivity, and reduce costs, driving bottom-line improvement at Toyota and General Motors. Highly skilled in troubleshooting and solving problems, he has improved operations by leading teams to achieve efficiencies through innovative procedures and processes.
Throughout his career, Casel has demonstrated skill in implementing continuous process improvements and building, training, and coaching high-performance operations and production teams.
