Highly skilled in troubleshooting and solving problems, he has improved operations by leading teams to achieve efficiencies through innovative procedures and processes.
Throughout his career, Casel has demonstrated skill in implementing continuous process improvements and building, training, and coaching high-performance operations and production teams.
